Emergency Signaling Systems improve emergency response time and outcome. In the event of a worksite emergency, Bradley’s Customized Emergency Signaling Systems quickly alert and mobilize emergency response teams to affected personnel who are using emergency safety showers and eye and eye/face wash fixtures. These Systems allow users to customize their alarm packages with distinctive light and sound features that immediately and clearly alert safety personnel when an emergency occurs to improve response time. These recently introduced systems are designed for use with both new emergency safety fixtures and retrofits, and may be located in indoor, outdoor or remote worksite locations.
Fluid dynamics improves the flow and provides greatest protection.
Fluid dynamics has greatly improved flow control, coverage and efficacy of Bradley’s Halo™ eye and eye/face washes and SpinTec™ drench shower systems. Both of these product line models apply fluid dynamics technology that works together with a pressure regulated flow control. The result is an integral and uniform flow of water that is directed at the affected area. Therefore, fluid dynamics enables an all-inclusive spray pattern that quickly washes contaminants from the user’s eyes, face or body.
The upshot is that Halo covers 85 percent of the user’s face, which is more than 20 percent better protection than any other eye/face wash model on the market. With more coverage and a superior wash pattern, users attain the greatest contaminant relief and protection available.
Ceramic disc technology amps performance and adds years to eye washes. The performance and lifecycle of swing activated eye and eye/face washes now benefit from the addition of ceramic disc technology. With the ceramic valve, water is controlled between two rotating ceramic discs that fit closely together to create a water-tight seal and provide a precise 20° swing activation and deactivation, which helps reduce splashing before and after use. Ceramic disc technology enables swing activated technology to be highly durable and endure a lifetime of activations.
